1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") are entered into between jliboss (hereinafter "jliboss", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jliboss website located at jliboss.net and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "Service").

Your access to and use of the jliboss Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents form the complete agreement between you and jliboss with respect to the subject matter hereof.

jliboss reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jliboss, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines. jliboss strictly enforces this age requirement and will not knowingly permit anyone under 21 to register or play.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players on jliboss.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your participation on jliboss would violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of a jliboss employee or contractor, unless explicitly permitted in writing by jliboss management.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have voluntarily requested through jliboss or one issued by any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on jliboss at any given time. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jliboss uses advanced identity verification and device fingerprinting technology to detect duplicate accounts. Any account found to be in violation of this policy will be suspended, and any associated balances or bonus funds may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on jliboss, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your email address, and your preferred payment details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jliboss username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jliboss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jliboss is required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jliboss currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the jliboss Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). jliboss does not accept cryptocurrency payments, third-party payment processors not listed above, or cash transactions.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your jliboss wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business banking hours for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, subject to your bank's processing schedule. jliboss does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees on their end — these are your responsibility.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Maximum single deposit: ₱500,000 (higher limits available upon KYC completion and written request)
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after 8:00 PM PST are processed the following morning. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) banking day. jliboss reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ₱1,000,000 for fully verified accounts
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit (where technically possible)
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jliboss offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all jliboss bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine-resident players only. jliboss reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and bingo may contribute at a lower rate. Refer to the specific promotion terms for full details.
• Abuse: jliboss takes bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, pattern wagering, and collusion — very seriously. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

jliboss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the relevant promotion page on the Platform.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the jliboss Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited and verified for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the operating rules of the respective game provider. jliboss does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the specific game being played. In the event of a technical error during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnections, software malfunctions, or data transmission failures — jliboss reserves the right to void the affected round and return all staked amounts to the players' wallets. Void rounds do not count toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on jliboss are subject to the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to event start. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point. jliboss reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, including incorrect odds or market descriptions.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

jliboss reserves the right to apply a maximum payout cap on individual game sessions or betting events. Applicable caps are published in each game's information panel or in the sports betting rules section. Winnings exceeding applicable caps may be reduced to the stated maximum at jliboss's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jliboss Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during the registration or KYC process
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an automated manner without prior written consent from jliboss
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract bonus funds unfairly
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime as defined under Philippine AMLA and related legislation
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the jliboss Platform or any associated infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jliboss support staff or other players through any communication channel
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence

8 Responsible Gaming

jliboss is deeply committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of every player on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — when it stops being fun and starts causing harm, we want to make sure you have the tools and support you need to regain control.

Every jliboss account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your jliboss wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period. The platform will prevent further wagering once your loss limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications when you have been playing continuously for a duration you have pre-set.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent closure of your account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jliboss, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the jliboss Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if jliboss has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jliboss does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jliboss makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the information, content, or materials included on it.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, jliboss's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall jliboss's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jliboss account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

jliboss reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral programs
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7
• Instruction from a Philippine gaming regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more

Upon account termination for cause, jliboss reserves the right to void any pending bonuses or bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances remaining in a suspended account (excluding voided bonus funds) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and returned to the player where no legal or regulatory hold applies.

You may close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests or pending KYC verification requirements.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

jliboss operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the rules established by PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies. Nothing in these Terms limits jliboss's rights or obligations under applicable Philippine law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Amendments

jliboss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jliboss Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
